The first session will be Level 1 and will be in a traffic free situation on the Tennis Courts at Cupid Green Playing Fields where we ensure participants have the skills needed to go on the road.  The other sessions take place on local quiet roads, looking at how to move in traffic and negotiate parked cars, side roads and junctions.

For the road sessions the ratio is two instructors to a maximum of 10 trainees and for all sessions we meet at Dacorum Cycle Hub, Cupid Green Playing Fields, Redbourn Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7BA

The course will be led by National Standards Bikeability Instructors who work for Herts County Cycle Training Team.
